Dr. Sono Khangharani is heading Thardeep Rural Development Programme & Sindh Rural Support Organization as Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Sono Joined National Rural Support Program (NRSP) & worked in different places of Pakistan. After three years of working at NRSP, Dr Sono was contacted by Save the Children Fund (UK) which was running Thardeep Rural Development Programme (TRDP) at that time. Dr Sono’s major accomplishments in his career were setting up a new legal framework for TRDP. He created systems and capacities to make it function; he also built a strong team and a donor base. He is a member of the International Dalit Solidarity Network against caste discrimination and attends UN Human Rights Council sessions every year on food security, environment, and poverty alleviation.

Dr. Waseem Ahmad Khan is having multiple experience in different fields & working from last 25 years. Dr. Waseem has served as Bureau Chief at “The Medical Herald”.he worked as Playwright in “Pakistan Television Network”. He worked as columnist in Daily Nawai-e Waqat. He is working with Pakistan Red Crescent Society as honorary Secretary from 2005. Dr. Waseem is also President of PPP, NW-Punjab

Mr. Ramesh Singh Arora is an “Institutional Development Specialist” and technical advisor on business development support services with more than thirteen years of extensive experience with various Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Microfinance Institutions (MFIs). His specialization encompasses implementation and management of sustainable and bankable Microfinance Programs, Human and Institutional Development, Risk Management, Portfolio Analysis, Trend Analysis, Financial Analysis, and Monitoring and Evaluation.
During past thirteen years, he had worked with the Khushhal Pakistan Fund (KPF), Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund-Pakistan (PPAF) and the Rural Support Programmes-Pakistan (RSPs). He had been involved in building the human and institutional capacities of various organizations and microfinance institutes to effectively and efficiently run their operations particularly in the fields of microfinance, infrastructure, trainings & capacity building initiatives.

Ms. Kapadia-Rahat brings 27-year experience in areas such as entrepreneurship, gender, capacity building, strategic planning & project management while serving reputable organizations like Asian Development Bank, World Bank, Government of Pakistan, Aga Khan University, UNICEF, CIDA, US Government, and the IBA, University of Karachi.
She is heading Empowerment through Creative Integration (ECI) since 1989, as CEO and entrepreneur. ECI is a private limited company that works for uplifting the socio-economic status of the people at the grassroots level through entrepreneurship ideas. It works on five key thematic areas – livelihood & enterprise, agribusiness development, gender mainstreaming, organizational development, and good governance

Mr. Irfan Khokhar kicked off his career from Rural Community Development Organization (RCDS). He has been involved in Development Sector since 1998, started his career from RCDS as Manager Micro Finance (ME) at District Nankana. While working with RCDS he had been associated with research studies to measure the Impact Assessment of Micro Finance interventions in rural as well as urban areas of District Nankana Punjab. In 2005 he laid down the foundation of Farmers’ Friend Organization (FFO). He is the Chief Executive Officer of Farmers’ Friend Organization (FFO).
Mr. Waqar Haider Awan

Mr. Waqar Haider Awan is CEO of CHRS & also Member of Board of Human Resource Development Network (HRDN). Mr. Waqar Haider is having vast experience in Human Resource Development. His experience encompasses a range of areas in the training i.e. design of training, delivery of training, training management & also developed manual on social mobilization. Mr. Waqar worked in NRSP – Institute of Rural Management as HR Officer & coordinator disability programme while working in NRSP he also got opportunity to manage & complete DTCE project. He has been involved in different projects funded by multilateral and bilateral donors including United Nations. He had worked with Rahnuma, Family Planning Association of Pakistan (FPAP) as Manager Human Resource & Training. Mr. Waqar worked with Rural Support Programme Network (RSPN) as project Manager in a UN Habitat funded project. Currently he is working at RSPN as Curriculum Development & Training Specialist in a USAID funded project on youth Employability.

Mr. Asim Mustaq is having vast experience as project manager, technical advisor and consultant on Micro Finance Network. He has more than 13 years of extensive experience with various Non- Governmental organizations and Micro Finance Networking. During his career ha has worked with USAID funded firms projects, such as Sawat Fisheries sector census & Swat Fisheries sector rehabilitation, Ministry of Finance of the Pakistan Government, ADB, and Rural Support Programme Network (RSPN), Pakistan Financial Sector Reform Programme of European Commission (PFSR). Mr. Asim is also president Association for Alleviation of Poverty & Illiteracy (AAPI)

Ms. Gulshan Kaur is an educationalist and related to this noble professional for last four years. She is putting her efforts to give a well educated group of young generation to society. Her valuable and innovative ideas are always acknowledged by the management and BOD members of the MOJAZ Foundation. Her suggestion to introduce summer internship programme for young graduates of Narowal is owned by MOJAZ Foundation, which will be started from June 15, 2011.

Ms. Adia Zaheer Khan is recently working as financial consultant & proposal writer in CHRS. With this she is also heading project Nari in CHRS. She worked as consultant/ at HLB-ITC. Ms. Adia Khan worked as Free lancing Accountant in Savel. Ms. Adia is also Member of Executive Committee of MOJAZ Foundation.
